Who created HypnoFertility?
HypnoFertility was created by Lynsi Eastburn in the late 1990s. She has been practicing, teaching, and refining the method for over 26 years and has trained hundreds of certified practitioners worldwide.
Does hypnosis really help with fertility?
Yes, and the research base for that keeps growing. A 2006 study from Soroka University in Israel found that women who received hypnosis during embryo transfer had a 53.1% clinical pregnancy rate, compared to 30.2% for those who didn’t. Since then, researchers have studied hypnosis in women with reproductive hormone conditions, in a clinical program that followed 554 couples over 28 years, and in randomized trials using the word Hypnofertility directly. Beyond the research, I have 26 years of clinical experience and over 1,000 babies born from this work behind me, and that carries real weight too. Can I work with Lynsi if I am not in Colorado?
Yes. All sessions are conducted by phone or video. Clients come from across the United States and from more than 30 countries worldwide.
What is the difference between the private program and the workshops?
The private 12-session program with Lynsi is personalized, ongoing one-on-one support tailored to your specific journey. The workshops are self-paced video programs available with instant access, designed for those who want to experience the HypnoFertility method at their own pace or are not ready for the full private program.
What are the Pink StarLights?
The Pink StarLights are an extraordinary group of souls choosing to come to Earth at this particular time, often through challenging paths. They have been central to Lynsi’s work since 2016. Learn more on the Pink StarLights page.
How is HypnoFertility different from meditation or relaxation?
Meditation and relaxation are valuable. They just do not go as deep. Hypnosis bypasses the critical faculty of the conscious mind and accesses the subconscious directly, which allows it to address specific emotional blocks and nervous system patterns that surface relaxation cannot reach.
